Returns and Exchanges

To exchange or return your purchase, complete the back of the packing slip in your order and return it with the merchandise within 90 days. Returns will be given credit for the full purchase price of the merchandise only. Please inspect your order promptly and notify us of any damage, defects or missing items within seven business days. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage. If you wish to exchange an item, shipping and handling fees will be collected for both the original and replacement orders. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are eligible for merchandise credit only. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. No exchanges can be processed after 90 days. Personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned for refund, exchange or modification unless defective.

Send returns to: Century Business Solutions Returns, 100 Carlson Rd, Rochester NY 14610. We will promptly replace the item, substitute it for another item, credit your credit card or send a refund check.
